WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BASE PRODUCT?

Structure

• Brand new galvanised steel skid base and 100% steel framed structure
• The entire structure is wrapped in vapour seal sarking to protect the building from moisture
• Brand new Colourbond roofing sheets, barge capping and gutters (Choose from our Colourbond Colour Selection)
• Brand new Dowell or Bradnams windows and sliding glass door as standard (Black or White frames)
• Fly screens on all windows and a sliding fly screen door are included as standard

Flooring

• 100% Waterproof Hybrid floorboards in open living/kitchen area and bedroom/s (2 colours to choose from)
• Porcelain tiles to the bathroom floor and kitchen splash back

Exterior

• Brand new Colourbond cladding sheets (Choose from our Colourbond Colour Selection)
• Decorative: Weathertex Timber-Look cladding and Merbau Hardwood Timber slats
• Merbau Hardwood timber framing around exterior windows
• The buildings come with 4 windows as standard:
  – (3x) 900h x 900w windows with fly screens
  – (1x) 600h X 600w obscure glass bathroom window with fly screen
• (1x) 2100mm high X 2100mm wide Glass Sliding Door

Interior

• Ceiling insulated using Rhinocell 3in1 Roof Wrap and Earthwool R2.0 Thermal Wool Ceiling Batts
• Hardiflex Fibre Cement sheeting used to line the ceiling
• Walls insulated using Earthwool R2.0 Thermal Wool Wall batts
• Walls lined with 4.5mm FC sheeting and Villaboard sheeting in wet areas
• All walls and ceilings are painted using Haymes Elite paint with a 2-Coat system (The ceilings are painted a flat white, and walls painted the colour you choose from our Haymes colour range)
• All interior doors are a 920mm swinging door with brushed chrome handles as standard
• (1X) 2.7kw Domain Box Air Conditioner included as standard

​Kitchen/living area

• Brand new white kitchen cabinetry with matte black handles as standard
• Pantry cabinet and under bench microwave space is included as standard
• Brand new timber butcher block or Laminate benchtops (from our laminate colour selection)
• Brand new stainless-steel sink with drainer and a chrome mixer tap
• Brand new electric cooktop and oven
• Brand new canopy range hood (vented externally)

• 600MM White vanity cabinet with an above bench basin with a tall basin mixer, a 450mm white cabinet with a stainless-steel sink and chrome mixer tap with the washing machine space under bench (same benchtop as used in the kitchen)
• 600mm Mirrored shaving cabinet
• Tiled walk-in shower with a chrome mixer, chrome rain shower head as standard
• New porcelain closed coupled flush toilet suite
• Chrome 720mm double towel rail and chrome toilet roll holder
• Wall mounted mechanical ventilation fan

Electrical

• Hardwired smoke alarms are installed throughout the building (the amount of smoke alarms installed is dependent on the floor plan and number of separate rooms)
• 8x LED downlights installed as standard throughout the building
• 3x Double power points with a USB-A and USB-C ports installed as standard
• 8x Regular Double power points installed as standard throughout the building
• 1x TV Point
• 1x External weatherproof power point on a separate fuse on the exterior for a hot water system to be plugged in to is installed as standard
• All electrical work is undertaken by a licensed professional and a safety certificate is provided.

​Other

• Pipes, taps and gas lines are installed by a licensed contractor. A gas compliance form is provided for gas lines installation (Only provided if the Gas cooktop or oven upgrade has been selected).
• The bathroom is waterproofed by a licensed contractor. A form 15 for waterproofing is provided.

PRICES FOR UPGRADES THAT CAN BE ADDED TO THE PREMIERE RANGE

STRUCTURAL UPGRADES

• Supply and install a glass/timber exterior door to the building – $750 each
• Supply and install diamond grill security screen door to external swinging door (Inc. build-out and door frame) – $700 each
• Add an extra 2100h x 2100w Glass sliding door – $1,500 each
• Supply and install Sliding Diamond Grill security screen door to the Glass sliding door/s – $470 each
• Supply and install Sliding fly screen door to the Glass sliding door/s – $320 each
• Upgrade the standard 900H x 910W window to a 1500H x 1810W window – $250 each window
• Supply and install an extra standard 900H x 910W window (inc. fly screen) – $550 each
• Supply and install an extra 600H x 1810W window (inc. fly screen) – $600 each
• Supply and install an extra 1500H x 1810W window (inc. fly screen) – $650 each
• Supply and install sliding cavity door in lieu of standard swinging doors to interior rooms – $350 each
• Upgrade the standard internal wall lining to the VJ wall sheeting throughout the whole building (except the
bathroom) – $2,500

BATHROOM UPGRADES

• Upgrade the vanity bench to be longer and have a 900 cabinet instead of the standard 600 cabinet unit (only if there is enough space to do this upgrade) – $250
• Upgrade the included 600 mirrored shaving cabinet to a 900 mirrored shaving cabinet – $250
• Upgrade the standard 900X900 shower to a 900X1200 shower – $650
• Supply and install Nature’s Head all-in-one Composting Toilet – $1,750
• Supply and install Green Loo GL90 Composting Toilet (comes with 1 composting chamber) – $1,600
• Add an extra composting chamber for the GL90 composting toilet upgrade – $495 each

KITCHEN UPGRADES

• Upgrade to a U-Shape kitchen with breakfast bar – $950
• Upgrade to a 1 and ½ sink with dish drainer – $250
• Supply and install Chef LPG Gas Upright oven/cooker Inc. gas lines, connections and regulators in lieu of included cooktop and oven – $900
• Supply and install brand-new 60cm Gas cooktop Inc. gas lines, connections and regulators in lieu of included cooktop (keep the included standard brand-new electric oven) – $700
• Supply and install brand new 60cm Induction Cooktop in lieu of included cooktop – $600

BEDROOM UPGRADES

• Add a Built in Wardrobe with sliding doors to bedroom – $2,200 per robe
• Add a walk-in wardrobe to the bedroom incl. extra downlight, light switch, wall framing, etc. (no hanging rail and shelfing fit out) – $750
• Fit out the walk-in wardrobe with shelf and hanging rail – $1,500
• Add an Ikea Flat Pack wardrobe (assembled and installed) – $1,400

AIR CONDITIONING UPGRADES

• Purchase an extra Box/Wall Air Conditioning unit – $650 each
• Supply and install a 2.6kw Split Air Conditioning Unit instead of the standard included Box/Wall Air Conditioner – $1,400 each
• Supply and install 2.6kw Split Air Conditioning Unit as well as the standard included Box Air Conditioner – $1,950

ELECTRICAL UPGRADES

• Add 2x downlights in the bedroom in lieu of the included light in the ceiling fan – $220
• Add an extra down light – $110 each
• Add an extra standard double power point – $100 each
• Add an extra External double power point – $130 each
• Add an External double spotlight – $250 each
• Add an extra TV point – $150 each

OTHER UPGRADES
